We are now accepting applications for Craft, Not for Profit, Commercial Vendors

*2021 event details are to be confirmed at the point we receive a re-opening plan from the Province of Manitoba, pending public health restrictions. However, we are not accepting Food Vendor applications at this time .*

Every year the Icelandic Festival of Manitoba hosts hundreds or craft, commercial, not-for-profit, and cultural vendors. We are joined by local, provincial, and national vendors from across Manitoba and Canada.

Craft, Not for Profit, Commercial Vendors

Saturday/Sunday - Gimli Harbour Area, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Monday - Some vendors move to Gimli Park Pavilion, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Food Vendors

Friday - Gimli Harbour Area, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Food Vendors Only)
Saturday/Sunday - Gimli Harbour Area, 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM
Monday - Some Food Vendors move to Gimli Park Pavilion, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Cultural Vendors

Sunday - Gimli Park Pavilion, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Monday - Gimli Park Pavilion, 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Become a Vendor

Promote your product, service or food to over approximately 30,000 Icelandic Festival goers. Limited vendor space is available. Please note this list may vary according to conditions beyond the festival's control.

Each year we take applications for food, craft, commercial, Icelandic cultural, and not-for-profit vendors. If you would like to apply please download the forms below. Please wait for an acceptance email beofre sending the fee by etransfer or cheque.  Each vendor is responsible for a fee associated with their space. Space will be confirmed by July 5. Vendor Definitions

Food Vendor: vendor serving food to be eaten at the festival.
Craft Vendor: artist/vendor selling items handcrafted by themselves.
Commercial Vendor: vendors selling items not handcrafted by themselves.
Not-for-Profit Vendor: groups distributing knowledge and skills are are not making a profit.
Cultural Vendors & Organizations: people showcasing Icelandic merchandise made in Iceland or New Iceland by people of Icelandic heritage. Organizations promoting Icelandic Heritage, culture, and the arts.
