Through our partnership with Magnús Ver Magnússon, 4x World Strongest Man and Legendary Icelander, we are excited to host the Magnús Ver Magnússon Classic in Gimli, a world-class strongman event that showcases traditional Icelandic strength and culture. 

A series of events will take place during the 2023 Icelandic Festival with professional Strongman competitors from around the world. The competition winner will receive an invitation to participate in the MVM Classic Iceland in November 2024. The MVM Classic Iceland is one of the only events that qualifies the winner for a spot in the annual World’s Strongest Man Competition.

Events include: 

• Stones to platform/barrel medley 
• Log press medley/ reps 
• Stone deadlift reps 
• The farmer's walk 
• Hand over hand Viking ship pull
• Throw over a bar medley
